Terms of Service — Dustie Samson

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of your country to participate in competitions. By entering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Entry fees

Entry fees are non-refundable once your entry has been confirmed, except in cases where a competition is cancelled by the host. All fees are processed securely via Stripe.

3. Prize pot

The prize pot is calculated as a stated percentage of total confirmed entry fees. The exact amount is displayed on each competition page and updates in real time as new entries are confirmed.

4. Winner selection

Winners are selected at the sole discretion of the competition host (Dustie Samson or a designated admin). The host's decision is final. Prizes are distributed via PayPal or Venmo within a reasonable timeframe after a winner is announced.

5. Platform fee

A 12% platform fee is deducted from each entry payment to cover operational costs. This fee is non-refundable and is disclosed at checkout.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to enter competitions fraudulently, submit fake or plagiarized content, manipulate voting or judging, or otherwise interfere with the fair operation of competitions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dustie Samson is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in competitions on this platform.
