When you create an account or enter a competition, we collect your name, email address, and profile information from your sign-in provider (Clerk). Payment information is processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to manage your account, process competition entries, display your name on the public leaderboard, and contact you about your entries or wins.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your name and profile photo may be shown publicly on competition leaderboards. We share data with Stripe (payments) and Clerk (authentication) as required to operate the platform.

4. Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
